Clubhouse

The clubhouse is a two level 4,500 sq. ft. structure designed to meet multiple social and recreational needs of members. The clubhouse area also includes seven (7) acres active recreational area. The clubhouse itself contains:
• Adult activity room - Decorated primarily as a holiday party space, complete with a wide screen TV lounge and a casual reading area, the main level "great room” provides quality space for private adult parties or weekly membership events and activities.
• Kitchen - A full service kitchen has been provided for club member use and enjoyment.
• Covered Porches- Nearly 100 sq. ft. of covered porches are available for member enjoyment.
• Management office is located just inside the entrance for member convenience.
• Multi-purpose activity room - A large multi-purpose activity space has been created, on the pool deck level, to provide a less formal environment for many types of events.
The recreational area includes a community swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a gaga ball court, a playground and picnic area. To submit a reservation request, please click on:  Upper Level, Lower Level, Mandatory Liquor Liability Waiver

The Clubhouse Attendant's office hours are:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9AM-5PM

Pool

The swimming pool area consists of a large pool and deck area designed to handle peak holiday crowds and a variety of water oriented pleasures. The swimming pool is a large family-friendly facility. The pool has a large mid-depth area for youth, a shallow spot for parent-assisted infants & toddlers and a deep end for swimming. There is an expansive pool deck sun bathing which is equipped with umbrella tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.

Tennis Courts

The community features a tennis court for the enjoyment of our residents.

Playgrounds

There are two playgrounds and a picnic area within the community. One playground and the picnic area are located in the grassy area at the clubhouse. A second playground is within what is known as Phase IV of the community off of W. Hatterleigh.

Basketball Court

The community features a basketball court for the enjoyment of our residents.

Walking Trails

The community features miles of walking trails and sidewalks.

Gaga Ball Court

Our playground provides a Gaga Ball court for the children and the children-at-heart.
